If these conditions also involve high pressures (100 bar) and require achieving a leakage class VI (zero leakage) according to ANSI standards, a soft seat must be used, in this case, Nylon seats.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The combination of DUPLEX and Nylon allows for operation in these aggressive environments and with high pressures.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For these requirements, CEXCO has manufactured DUPLEX and SUPER DUPLEX ball valves with 600LB construction and BW connections. Smaller valves are lever-operated, while larger valves (3&#8221; and 4&#8221;) are fitted with <strong>DREHMO<\/strong> brand electric actuators.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given the demands of working with high differential pressures, the manufactured valve model is of the<strong> Trunnion type<\/strong>.
