This allows the valve to open and close under maximum temperature stress, ensuring zero leakage at all times.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product description:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Floating ball valves in 1500LB, 2500LB, and 3100LB (higher pressures available).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* SW connections (BW, flanges, etc. available).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Sizes from 3\/4&#8221; to 3&#8221; (other sizes available).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Body material: A182-F11 and A182-F22 (Chrome Molybdenum alloys).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Internal parts materials: Inconel 625, Stellite, Inconel 718, AISI 660.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the end customer&#8217;s requirements, non-destructive tests were performed, such as:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* API598.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Ultrasonic testing according to ASTM A388.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Liquid penetrant testing according to ASTM E165.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CEXCO aims to convey its design and manufacturing capabilities for high-performance valves in industries where quality is paramount.
